BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003-25,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE

Part Lot 18 Concession A Kincardine, Part 2 3R-10305;
Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Kincardine)
WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
adopted By-law No. 2003-25.
AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2003-25 placed certain lands in a ‘R3-z-H’
Residential Three Special with Holding and specified the use to which lands,
buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed
pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13;
AND WHEREAS Council passed By-law No. 2021 – 044 on April 7, 2021
amending the zoning on the property known as 6” Golf Links Road, which included
a Holding (H) Provision that required site plan control approval;
AND WHEREAS Council on September 13, 2021 passed By-law No. 2021 – 152,
the Golf Links Estates Ltd (6 Golf Links Road) Site Plan Agreement By-law, which
satisfied the holding provisions in By-law No. 2003-25 on this property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine, ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule ‘A’ to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby further amended
by changing thereon from ‘R3-z-H’ ‘ to ‘R3-z’ the zoning designation of those
lands described as Part Lot 18 Concession A Kincardine, Part 2 3R-10305;
Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Kincardine) which are
outlined on the attached Schedule ‘A’.
2. This By-law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by
the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to
compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
3. This By-law may be cited as the “Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-
law No. 2003-25, 6 Golf Links Rd (Golf Links Estates Ltd.) (2) By-law”.
READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 18th day of October, 2021.
READ a THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED this 18th day of October, 2021.
