THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
No. 2020 A 172
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2008 - 025;
BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR
THE KINCARDINE BIA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS subsection 28 (4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1993, c. P.13 authorizes the
Council of a local municipality, to adopt a community improvement plan for a community
improvement project area;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
passed By-law No. 2008 -025 on February 20, 2008 to adopt a community
improvement plan in the Kincardine Business Improvement Area (BIA) Community
Improvement Project Area;
AND WHEREAS ;?DA@PHA W.X KB /S-law No. 2008 U 025 includes a map of the
Community Improvement Project Area;
AND WHEREAS 708 Queen Street is included in the BIA area;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it advisable to update the map designating the
community improvement project area to include the property at 708 Queen Street;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
1. That the map included in ;?DA@PHA W.X KB /S-law No. 2008 U 025 referencing the
Program Area, be removed and replaced by the map attached =N ;?DA@PHA W.X to
this by-law.
