THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
No. 2020 A 171
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 347;
BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS subsection 28 (2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1993, c. P.13 authorizes a
local municipality, where there is an official plan in effect, to designate the whole or any
part of an area covered by such an official plan as a community improvement project
area;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
passed By-law No. 2007 - 347 on November 14, 2007 to establish a community
improvement project area in the Kincardine Business Improvement Area (BIA) in the
Municipality;
AND WHEREAS 708 Queen Street is included in the BIA area;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it advisable to update the map designating the
community improvement project area to include 708 Queen Street;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
