BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003 - 25,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
Part Lot 70, Lake Range, being Part 3 on 3R-8851,
Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce)
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
adopted By-law No. 2003 - 25;
AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2003 - 25 placed certain lands in a V:%-ac-EW
:BOFABKPF>I 8KB ;MB@F>I 3LIAFKDW and specified the use to which lands, buildings or
structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to
Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13;
AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol
contained in Municipality of Kincardine By-law No. 2003 - 23 have been satisfied;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine, ENACTS as follows:
1. ;@EBAQIB V0W PL 1T-law No. 2003 - 25 as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing thereon CNLJ V:%-ac-EW V PL V:%->@W PEB ULKFKD
designation of those lands described as Part Lot 70, Lake Range, being Part
4 on 3R-8851, Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce)
which are outlined on the attached ScheAQIB V0W#
2. This By-law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by
the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to
compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
3. This By-law may be cited as PEB X0JBKAJBKP PL 2LJMNBEBKOFRB =LKFKD 1T-
law No. 2003- 025 Part Lot 70, Lake Range, being Part 3on 3R-8851 By-
