THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
No. 2020 - 097
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2019 -165;
BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE TRAFFIC AND PARKING IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. 25 as amended, Sections 11(3) and
27(1), gives lower tier municipalities the power to pass by-laws within the sphere
of jurisdiction dealing with highways including parking and traffic;
AND WHEREAS Section 245 (1) of the said Municipal Act, authorizes a
municipality to pass by-laws providing that a person who contravenes theby-law
is guilty of an offence;
AND WHEREAS the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. H.8 and the
regulations made thereunder permit the councils of local municipalities to
regulate traffic and parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
deems it necessary to amend Schedule YIZ, Part V, Section 4 (a) X Accessible
Parking on Highways, of By-law No. 2019 -165;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. THAT Schedule Y4Z! :@PR >! <DBRHNM ( @ X Accessible Parking on Highways,
of By-law No. 2019 - 165, be amended to include the following:
