HomeMy WebLinkAbout03 021 agree parking lot hum - e e - i I I THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC~INE BY-LAW NO. 2003 - 21 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SIGN IN OF A REVISED AGREEMENT WITH LEANNE THOMSO AND PETER HUMBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PAR ING LOT I WHEREAS THE Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 Sectio~ 111 (2) authorizes municipalities to pass by-laws respecting matters within the sP1ere of jurisdiction ~~~~; ! AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of KinCard~ne entered into a parking lot agreement by-law with Leanne Thomson and Pete Humble with the passage of By-law No. 1998-47 for that property located on Pa of Lot 3, Plan 77 and Part of Lot 13, East side of Saugeen Street, Town of I Kincardine (now Municipality of Kincardine), County of Bruce, designated as Pa t 1 on Reference Plan 3R-6913; 1 I , AND WHEREAS The Council of The Corporation of th~ Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to enter into a revised parking I t agreement with Leanne Thomson and Peter Humble for that property more pa icularly described in the agreement attached to this by-law as Schedule A in ord r ensure that the agreement may be registered on title; ! , , i NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of th~ Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: I 1. That the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine elter into a revised parking lot agreement with Leanne Thomson and 'reter Humble in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). I i 2. That the Mayor and CAO be authorized to execute, þn behalf of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, the p$rking agreement attached to this by-law as Schedule A, and to affix the þorporate seal as and when required. I i 3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its ~nal passage. i , 4. This by-law may be cited as the "217 Harbour Street I Revised Parking Agreement By-law".
