BEING A BY·LAW TO REVISE SCHEDULE t'TO
CONSOLIDATED PERSONNEL BY-LAW 2000-14 ,AS AMENDED,
TO CREATE VARIOUS POSITIONS
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDIN
I
WHEREAS By-law No. 2000-141 was passed on the 8th day of ovember, 2000 to
establish personnel policies for the employees of the Municipality f Kincardine;
AND WHEREAS The Council for The Corporation of the Munici ality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to amend By-law 2000-141, as amend , to create new
positions for the Municipality of Kincardine;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municiþality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows: !

That Schedule "A" to By-law 2000-141 as amended, be f~rther amended
by replacing the existing salary grid with the amended s lary grid dated
February 13, 2003, and by further amending this salary gri to provide for
the following positions: I
(a) Building and Planning Manager at Group 12. I
(b) Deputy Clerk and Administrative Assistant at Group 7. 'I
(c) Lead Hand, Davidson Centre at Group 5.
(d) Economic Development Coordinator at Group 4. I
(e) Tourism Coordinator at Group 4. I
That these positions shall be classified as regular full-timJ employees and
shall be subject to all legitimate personnel related by-1awf and policies of
the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine. !

3. That Schedule "A" to By-law 2000-141, as amended, be urther amended
by deleting the position of Deputy CAD ¡Deputy Clerk fro Group 12.
4. That this by-law supercedes any by-law not consistent wit this by-law.

5. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its finrl passing.
6. This by-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Consoli~ated Personnel
By-law 2000-141 (Create Positions), By-law". I
