HomeMy WebLinkAbout19 137 Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2003-25 Bruce County Housing Corporation (Gary Street) By-law THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE , ko91UiY OF K1Nfa BY-LAW No. 2019 - 137 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003 - 25, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE Bruce County Housing Corporation (Part Lots 16 and 17 Concession A Kincardine, Parts 1 and 2 3R10266; Part Lot 17 Concession A Kincardine, Part 4 3R10266; Municipality of Kincardine) • WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine adopted By-law No. 2003 - 25. AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2003 - 25 placed certain lands in a `R4-r-H' 'Residential Four Special Holding' and specified the use to which lands, buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13; AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained in Municipality of Kincardine By-law No. 2003-23 have been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from R4-r-H' ` to 'R4-r' the zoning designation of those lands described as Part Lots 16 and 17 Concession A Kincardine, Parts 1 and 2 3R10266; Part Lot 17 Concession A Kincardine, Part 4 3R10266; Municipality of Kincardine which are outlined on the 4110 attached Schedule 'A'. 2. This By-law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. 3. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By- law No. 2003-25 Bruce County Housing Corporation (Gary Street) By-law". READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 23rd day of October, 2019.
