BEING A BY-LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR THE qENERAL
SITE GRADING FOR THE KINCARDINE COMMUNITY MEDIC!\L CLINIC

WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipal ty of Kincardine
deems it expedient to accept a tender to complete the general ite grading work
for preparation of the building of the Kincardine Community Medi al Clinic located
on Part Lot 18, Concession A, Municipality of Kincardine (for er Township of
Kincardine), County of Bruce; I

NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of th~ Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows: !

That the tender of Bill & Tom Kempton Construction Ltd'~'n t.he amount of
$24,573.35 be hereby accepted, on the condition th t approvals are
received from the Ministry of Health and a land lease is ntered into with
the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine. I

That the Mayor and CAO be hereby authorized to Sign,~' on behalf of the
Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincard ne any contracts
and other documents required to authorize such work to c mmence, and to
affix the corporate seal of The Municipality of Kincardine. I

This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its fi1al passage.

4. This by-law may be cited as the "General Site Gr,ding Kincardine
Community Medical Clinic Tender Acceptance By-law". ~
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and DEEMED TO E PASSED this
5th day of February, 2003.
