HomeMy WebLinkAbout18 080 Amend Zoning Pt Lot 31 & 32 Con 4 township of Bruce THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE /C//ti i OF BY-LAW NO. 2018 — 080 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003 - 25, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE Snake Creek Farms do Frosst Pt Lt 31 & 32, Con 4 & Pt 1, 2 & 6, RP 3R-375, Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce) WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter 13 authorizes the • Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws which comply with an approved official plan; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine has enacted By-law No. 2003 - 25, a zoning by-law enacted under Section 34 of the said Planning Act; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine desires to amend By-law No. 2003 - 25; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003 - 25 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'Agricultural Commercial / Industrial Special (ACI-r)' Zone to 'Agricultural Commercial / Industrial (ACI)' Zone on those lands described as Pt Lot 31 & 32, Concession 4, and Parts 1, 2 & 6 RP 3R-375 Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce), as outlined on the attached Schedule 'A'. 110 2. By-law No. 2003-25, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Municipality of Kincardine, is further amended by repealing the following paragraph in its entirety: 27.4.17 Notwithstanding their `ACI' zoning designation, those lands delineated as 'ACI-r' shall only be used for the purposes of a 'saw or planning mill' in accordance with the ACI zone provisions. 3. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. 4. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2003 - 25, (Pt Lot 31 & 32, Con 4, and Pt 1, 2 & 6 3R-375, Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce)), By-law No. 2018 - 080". READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 13th day of June, 2018.
