THE CORPORATION OF THE VIIJ.A.GE OF TlVERTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 79-7
A by-law to appoint a Clerk-Treasurer for
the Village of Tiverton.
¡ŒEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 215(1)
and 218(1) authorizes the Council to appoint a Clerk and Treasurer
of the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of
Tiverton enacts as follows:
That Mrs. Jean ¡'/helen be appointed Clerk-Treasurer of
the Village of Tiverton;
Regular duties to commence on the first d~ November,
1979;
The said Jean ¡fuelen shall receive as remuneration for
performing the duties of said office,',such salary as
~ be fixed by the Village Council from time to time.
