Council Members shilll receive mileage for 24 regular meetings at 2B¢ per mile. . . EXPENSE ALllJdAI'a:: I Elected Municipal Officials will receive remuneration as hereby authorized, plus Special Meetinga, Committee Meetings, Convention and Mileage expense of 2B¢ per mile. Of that total 1/3 is to be designated aa expense allDW8Dce. SICK DAYS FOR FULL TIfo£ EIf'LOYEES One day a month for 5 years = 60 days In case of severance, employee would get ~ of earned ~s pay on severance to a maximum of 30 daya. All based on an average 40 hour week. If employee is sick he gets his/her full day's pay ( 8 hOUDS) up to amount of his/her built up credit. Medical certificate required after 2 daya. Maxt.um stays at 60 daya even if employee still with ua. Based on current wages. Wsgea and mileage set by the 8y-Law are retroactive to January 1, 1981 and Council wsges and mileage retroactive to December 1, 1980.
