BY-LAW NO. 85-10
BEING A BY-LAW to adopt the estimates of expenditures for the year 1985.
WHEREAS The Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, Sect. 164 and amendments thereto
requires that every Council of every Municipality shall in each year prepare and
adopt estimates of all sums required during the year for the purposes of the
Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce enacts as follows:
(1) The estimated expenditures of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce are:

(9) That Municipal Drain charges, drain cleanouts, waterworks capital costs,
waterwork service charges, streetlight charges, line fences awards, tile
drainage loan, hydro arrears be placed on the Collector1s Roll pursuant to
the relative by-laws, schedules and statutory authorizations as required
from time to time.
(10) That the waterworks service charge in the Hamlet of Underwood shall be set
at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per annum.
