BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce is hereby further amended by adding the fOllowing subsection 10.7 to Section 10 thereof: 10.7 (a) Notwithstanding their'AR' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'AR-4' on Schedule 'A'to this by-law may be used for the creation of one lot containing the existing farm dwelling and existing farm structures in compliance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 68.0 metres; (ii) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 9,600 square metres; and (iii) no farm dwelling or residential dwelling or any type may be erected on the subject property save and except for the dwelling permitted on the one lot identified in paragraph (i) above. 2. Schedule 'A' Map No. 1 to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amendment is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'AR' to 'AR-4' the zoning designation of Lot I, and the east half of Lot H, Concession 6, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. . 3. This by-law takes effect from the date and comes into force pursuant to Planning Act, 1983. of passage by Council the provisions of the 4.
