2. The Owner .hell bring to finiwh grade all of the land. and
oomplete the work required to confor~ wit.h the moster
.tormwater management plan and any drainage guideline and
general servicing lot grading plans prepared in accordance
with provisions of ~he development agreement entered int.o
between the Township and Boiler B~.ch Park Limited.
3. The Owner covenants and .gr~e. not to occupy lhe bU11dinga
and/or Btru~tur.s for the use intended un~il it has r~c.iyed
from the Chief Building Official of the Tovnship .

7. In the event the Owner !a1ls or neglectu to carry oul lhe
work to correct 8ny d.~~ciencles or perform the maintenance
(including de~ic~enaie. and meint.nance on the public right-
0:-W8Y) within the time permitted'by the notice given in
writtng, the, Township, it. agent., servants, workmen and/or

independent oontractors may enter upon the l8nd as agent of
the owner and complete such work 8nd/or maintenance at the

8. Notwithstanding anything herein before contained Section 325
of the Kuniclpal Aøt.. R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302 shall apply

Agr.ement.
9. The Owner warrants that it 1s the owner of the land.
10. This Agreement shall be reyistered against the title to the
18nd in priority to any lien, charge or encumbrance end no
work 8hall be undertaken until this Agr..ment has beên

SECTION A OF STORHWATER MANAGEMENT REPORT

The following points must b~ addressed by ~he individual lot
developers prior to is.uance of a building permit by the
Townahip ot Bruce,
1) Eaoh lot shall have a S~or.water nanagement~Plan and Report
prepared by . profes.ional engineer, which outline. the
proposed method of controlling post-development runoff to
pre-development lev.l., a. indicated by this report, and
shall inOlude the detail. ot the proposed stormwater
management facilities. This rvport is to be submitted
through the Township of Bruce, for th.· approval of the
Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority, ond the nOE.

2) The future grading of each lo~ should conform to the
drainage guideline. as shown on the geryeral Servicing and
lot grading plans for t.his subdiv1..ion as prepared by CRA.
3) The SWM report lor each lot shall include the hydraulic
design ot the entrance oulverts.
41 The SW" report should also demonstrate that each building or
maJor struoture on each lot will not be affected by Regional
Storm Flows.
5) Th. Township ol Bruce w~ll require that each lot owner enter
into an agreement, under .eotion 40(7)(.18 of the Planning
AGt, with the Township with rll'garda to ma1ntltnance of 5\111
facilities on their respeotive lots. The agreement vill
Buthorize th. Township t.o periodically inspect all 5\111

BEING A BY-LAW to set the rate of remuneration for Council and
staff,
WHEREAS the Municipal Act R,S,O,
98(1), 208(45), 238(1), 240(1), and
a Municipal Council to pass by-laws
remuneration,
1980, Chapter 302, Section
amendments thereto authorize
for the establishment of
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bruce enacts the rates for 1990 as follows:
(1) That the remuneration for Council be set at the following
rates:
(a) Reeve
(b) Deputy-Reeve
(c) Councillors
In addition to basic remuneration,
$7,106,00 per annum
$4,745,00 per annum
$4,250.00 per annum
council members will be
entitled to a per diem for meetings attended other than two
regular council meetings per month,
Per diem for one-half day meeting $30,00 (minimum three hours),
Per diem for full day meeting $50,00.
(2) That the remuneration for the Clerk-Treasurer be set at:
(a) $42,400.00 per annum.

(5) Rate for kilometers travelled on Township business by staff,
council members and Committee members be at the rate of 29.5
cents per kilometer, or as otherwise authorized,

The pay period shall be weekly
ending the following Wednesday

Clerk-Treasurer's vacation covered by By-law No, 88-25,
(9) In the absence of the Road Superintendent, a working foreman
may be appointed, and shall be paid $1,00 per hour more than
the highest paid employee he shall supervise.
(10) This by-law takes effect January 1st, 1990.
