THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW NO. 89-40
BEING A BY-LAW to authorize the acceptance of title to land on
which to locate a fire station.
WHEREAS Section 193 of the Municipal Act
302, authorizes the passing of by-laws
land for municipal purposes.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce
deems it desirable to accept the transfer of title to lands from
Resolute Development for the purpose of locating a fire fighting
facility thereon.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
BRUCE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1) That the transfer of Part of Parcel Plan - 1, Section M50 in
the Village of Tiverton, in the County of Bruce, being Lots
42, 43, and 44 on Plan M50 to the Village of Tiverton,
Township of Bruce and the Township of Kincardine be and is
hereby accepted and that the Clerk and Reeve be authorized
to execute and process all and every document necessary to
effect such transfer.
2) That the title to such land be accepted for the purpose of
locating a fire fighting facility thereon.
3) That the by-law be effective upon third and final reading.
By-law introduced and read a First time this TWENTY-EIGHTH day of
DECEMBER, 1989.
By-law read a Second time this TWENTY-EIGHTH day of DECEMBER,
1989.
By-law read a Third time and finally passed, signed, sealed, and
numbered 89-40 this TWENTY-EIGHTH day of DECEMBER, 1989.
