BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding Subsection 10.7 (Special Provisions) to Section 10 and by adding the following paragraphs (a) and (b) thereof: 10.7 Special Provisions (a) Notwithstanding their 'A-R' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-R-5' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in compliance with the 'A-R' zoning provisions contained in this by-law excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot area' may be reduced to 65 acres for the lands zoned 'A-R-5' and 'H-R' within the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'Af. (b) Notwithstanding their the lands delineated as 'A-R' zoning designation, 'A-R-6' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in compliance with the 'A- R' zoning provisions contained in this by-law excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot area' may be reduced to 31 acres. . 2. Schedule 'Af Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A-R' and 'H-R' to 'A-R-5', 'A-R-6' and 'H-R' the zoning designation of Parts of Lot J, Concession 2, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 3 . This by-law takes effect from the date of and comes into force pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983. passage by Council provisions of the THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 90-5 PAGE 2 .
