HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 90 006 amen zon lt 5 con5/6 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 90-6 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding the following Section 15: 15 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE 15.1 Uses Permitted No persons shall within any PD Zone use any lot or erect, alter or use any building or structure, for any purpose except the following: uses, buildings and structures existing at the date of passing of this by-law; uses permitted in the A, OS and H zones provided that no buildings are erected. 15.2 SDecia1 Provisions 2. Schedule 'A' Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'PD-1' the zoning designation of Lot 5, Concession 5 and Part Lot 5, Concession 6, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. - ......-~". ....- --~.--~' , .
