BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraphs (f) and (g) to Section 5.11 thereof: (f) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-9' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 1 hectare (2.46 acres); and (ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 68.58 metres (225 feet). (g) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-lO' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) no residential buildings or residential structures shall be permitted; and (ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 333.75 metres (1,095 feet). 2. Schedule 'A' Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amendment is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-9', 'A- 10' and 'H' the zoning designation of Lots 33 and 34, Concession 2, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 3.
