HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 90 031 amen zon lt 8 conc12 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 90-31 -=e BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of The Corporation of the Township of Bruce. THE COUNCIL of the corporation of The Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of The Corporation of the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraphs (hI and (i) to Section 5.11 thereof: (hI Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-11' on Schedule 'A'to this by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 0.68 hectares (1.67 acres); and (i i I the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 70.1 metres (230 feet) . (i) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-12' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) no residential buildings or structures shall be permi tted; and (ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 332.2 metres (1,090 feet). 2. Schedule 'A' Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-II' and 'A-12' the zoning designation of Lot 8, Concession 12, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. -e THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO, 90-31 PAGE 2 3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983. By-law introduced and read a First time this ELEVENTH day of SEPTEMBER, 1990. By-law read a Second time this ELEVENTH day of SEPTEMBER, 1990.
