March 20, 1991.
Dear Ray:
Attached is a copy of a list of all structures covered by By-law
Ho. 90-33.
Followinq a consultant's inspection, Bruce Township Council has
elected to replace structures 2-108 (Sideroad 20, Concession 9-
bridqe), and 2-C (Sideroad 20, Concession 9 - culvert) in 1991.
Due to other extensive financial commitments, it was decided to
defer replacement of structures 2-344, 2-112, and 2-111.
However, it has become apparent from the consultant's inspection
that structure 2-112- is in an advanced state of deterioration and
poses a threat to pUblic safety. Therefore, it was decided to
close this section of road until such a time as these structures
could be replaced. I have already initiated proceedinqs to close
this road.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, do not
hesitate to contact me.
Yours truly,
~.!o;!':t...
Road Superintendent.
