BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 90-29 be repea1E~d. 2. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amendE!d, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraphs (f) and (g) to Section 5.11 thereof: (f) Notwithstanding their "A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as "A-9' on Schedule "A' to this by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the "A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the "minimum lot area' shall be 1 hectare (2.46 acres); and, (i i) the "minimum lot frontaç e' shall be 68.58 metres (225 feet). (g) Notwithstanding their "A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as "A-10' on Schedule "A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance with the "A' zone provisions contained in thh; by-law excepting however that: (i) no residential buildings or residential structures shall be permitted. 3. Schedule "A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended is hereby further amended by changtng thereon from "A' to "A- 9', "A-10' and "H' the zoning desIgnation of Lots 33 and 34, Concession 2, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black brcoken line on the attached Schedule "A'. l c> THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 91-11 PAGE 2 r 4. This by-law takes effect from the date of and comes into force pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983. passage by Council provisions of the By-law introduced and read a First time this NINTH day of APRIL, 1991.
