THE CORPORA'I'IOII OF THE TOWIISHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW RO. 91-13
.
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 76-13, as amended, being the
Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Bruce.
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant
to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows:
1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive
Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce,
is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraph
(b) to Section 11.1.2.1 thereof:
(b)
Notwithstanding
lands delineated
by-law shall be
zoning provisions
however that:
their 'RH-R' zoning designation, the
as 'RH-R-2' on Schedule 'A'to this
used in compliance with the 'RH-R'
contained in the by-law excepting
(i) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be reduced to 19
metres (63 feet); and,
(ii) the 'minimum lot area' shall be reduced to 1,285
square metres (13,832 square feet).
2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'RH-R' to
'RH-R-2' the zoning designation of Parts 1, 2 & 5, Plan 3R-
3969 and Parts 3 and 4, Plan 3R-3969, Townplot of
Inverhuron, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown
outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached
Schedule ' A I .

This by-law takes effect from the date of
and comes into force pursuant to the
Planning Act, 1983.
