HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 91 019 amend zon Reist 'fHR coapnRa....IOII OF 'fHR 'fOVIISHIP OP BRUCE BY-T.a.. 110. 91-19 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is amended by adding the following paragraphs Subsection 5.11 thereof: hereby further (1) and (m) to (1) Notwithstanding their 'At zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-18' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 135 feet (41.1 metres); and (ii) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 0.75 acres (0.3 hectares) . (m) Notwithstanding their 'At zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-19' on Schedule 'A'to this by-law shall be used in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 922 feet (281 metres) ; . (ii) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 98.25 acres (39.76 hectares); and (iii) no residential buildings or residential structures shall be permitted. For the purposes of paragraph (m), the 'minimum lot area' shall be defined as the total horizontal area within the lot lines and shall include lands zoned 'A- 19' and 'H'. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 91-19 PAGE 2 . 2, Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A- 18', 'A-19', and 'H' the zoning designation of Part of Lot 10, Concession 7, in the Township of Bruce, which are shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983. By-law introduced and read a First time this TWENTY-THIRD day of JULY, 1991. By-law read a Second time this TWENTY-THIRD day of JULY, 1991. By-law read a Third time and finally passed, signed, sealed, and numbered, this TWENTY-THIRD day of JULY, 1991. ~ .
