HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 92 033 zon pt lt 6 conc. 7 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 92-33 -e BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraph (v) to Subsection 5.11 thereof: (v) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-28' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 440 feet (134.1 metres); (ii) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 8.48 acres (3.43 hectares); and (iii) the erection of new bui ldings or structures designed to accommodate livestock or poultry or the expansion of any existing buildings or structures presently used to accommodate livestock or poultry shall be prohibited. 2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-28' the zoning designation of Part of Lot 6, Concession 7, in the Township of Bruce, which are shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached schedule 'A'. 3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983. -.
