THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW NO. 93-6
BEING a by-law to authorize and confirm the acquisition of Part Lot
34, Concession 2 in the Township of Bruce, County of Bruce and to
establish the same as a public highway.
WHEREAS pursuant to

AND WHEREAS pursuant to Instrument 159342 registered in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Bruce (No.3) on June
15, 1978 the Corporation of the Township of Bruce did acquire from
James and Eleanor Thompson, Part of Lot 34, Concession 2, in the
Township of Bruce described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 3R-2174.
AND WHEREAS the lands were acquired for road widening purposes.
AND WHEREAS no by-law accepting and dedicating the said lands as a
public highway was never passed by the Township of Bruce.
NOW THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted by the Council
of the Township of Bruce as follows:
1. The Corporation of the Township of Bruce confirms the
acquisition of the lands described in Instrument 159342 from
James and Eleanor Thompson.
2. That the said lands described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 3R-
2174 are hereby dedicated and established as a public highway.

That this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon
its registration pursuant to the Registry Act of Ontario.
4. That By-law No. 91-40 by repealed.
