BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' and 'G' to 'G-l' and 'H' the zoning designation of Part of Lot 5, Concession 7, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown out 1 ined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 2. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the foIl owing Subsection "9.1.1.1 SPECIAL PROVISIONS" and further by adding Paragraph (a) to Subsection 9.1.1.1 thereof: (a) Notwithstanding their 'G' zoning designation, those lands delineated as 'G-l' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance wi th the 'G' zoning provisions, excepting however: (i) the 'minimum exterior side yard' shall be reduced as required to recognize the setback of the existing Municipal buildings and pumphouse from the Municipal road allowance; and (ii) the 'minimum side yard' of the Municipal building situated on the easterly side of the subject lands shall be reduced to 24,5 feet in order to permit an enlargement of this Municipal building, provided a 'minimum front yard' of 156 feet is maintained. 3.
