NO. 2016 - 015
A BY -LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS
OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine deems it advisable to
enact a confirming by -law to confirm the actions of the Council at its meetings;
• NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the actions of the Council at its meetings held on January 11, 2016,
January 13, 2016, January 20, 2016 and January 27, 2016 in respect of
recommendations from the Planning Advisory Committee and in respect of
each recommendation, reports of committees and staff forwarded therewith,
and in respect to each motion, resolution and other action passed and taken
by the Council at its said meeting, is, except where the prior approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board is required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
2. That the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, and Clerk, and their designates
thereof, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to do all things
necessary to give effect to the said action or to obtain approval where
required and except where otherwise provided, the Mayor, Chief
Administrative Officer and Clerk, and their designates thereof, are hereby
directed to execute all documents required by Statute to be executed by
them, as may be necessary in that behalf and to affix the Corporate Seal of
the municipality to all such documents, and the Treasurer, and a designate
• thereof, is hereby directed to execute all other documents necessary in that
behalf and to affix the Corporate Seal of the municipality to all such
documents.
READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 27th day of January, 2016.
READ a THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED this 27th day of January, 2016.
