THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW NO. 94-7
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the
Comprehensive Zoning By-law of The Corporation of the Township of
Bruce.
THE COUNCIL of The Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to
Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows:
1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following Paragraph (y) to Subsection 5.11
thereof:
(y) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands
delineated as 'A-31' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may
be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance
with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law,
excepting however that:
i} the 'minimum lot area' shall be 0.91 acres (0.37
hectares); and
ii} the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 200 feet (60.9
metres) .
2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-31' the
zoning designation of Part of Lots 31 and 32, Concession 5, in
the Township of Bruce, which are shown outlined in the
heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'.
3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council
and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the
Planning Act, 1990.

By-law read a Second time this TWENTY-SECOND day of MARCH, 1994.
By-law read a Third time and finally passed, signed, sealed, and
numbered 94-7 this TWENTY-SECOND day of MARCH, 1994.
