HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 94 011 zon lt 14 conc. 2 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 94-11 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraphs (z) and (aa) to Subsection 5.11 thereof: (z) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-32' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the' minimum lot area' shall be 3.24 acres (1. 31 hectares); and (ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 270 feet (82.2 met res) . (aa) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands del ineated as 'A- 33', on Schedul e 'A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law excepting however that: (i) no residential buildings or residential structures shall be permitted. 2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-32' and 'A- 33' the zoning designation of Lot 14, Concession 2, Township of Bruce, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 3.
