'l'RE CORPORATIOB OF 'l'RE TONBSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAN BO. 94-21
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
BRUCE.
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to
Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows:
1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following Paragraph (aa) to Subsection 5.11
thereof:
(aa) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands
delineated as 'A-33' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may
be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance
with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law
excepting however that:
(i) the 'minimum exterior side yard' for the yard east
of the existing detached dwelling and attached
garage shall be 6 feet (1.82 metres).
2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'A'to 'A-33' the
zoning designation of Part of Lot 2, Concession 5, in the
Township of Bruce, which are shown outlined in the heaviest
black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'.
3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council
and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the
Planning Act, 1990.

AUGUST, 1994.
By-law read a Second time this TWENTY-THIRD day of AUGUST, 1994.
By-law read a Third time and finally passed, signed, sealed, and
