BY-LAW NO. 94-31

BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the
Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Bruce.
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to
section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows:
1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting Paragraph (a) of section 9.1.1.1, and by replacing
it with the following:
(a) Notwithstanding their 'G' zoning designation, those lands
delineated as 'G-l' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall
be used in accordance with the 'G' zoning provisions,
excepting however:
(i) the 'minimum exterior side yard' shall be reduced
as required to recognize the setback of the
existing Municipal buildings and pump house from
the municipal road allowance; and
(ii) the 'minimum side yard' of the Municipal building
on the northerly side of the subject lands shall be
20 feet in order to permit an enlargement of this
municipal building and the placement of two propane
tanks.
For the purposes of Paragraph (a) to Section 9.1.1.1, the
lot line abutting provincial Highway No. 21 shall be
considered the front lot line.
2. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council
and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the
Planning Act, 1990.
