8.2 Repeal of Resolution
As a housekeeping item, it is being requested that Resolution
#10/21/15 - 06 be repealed. This resolution was passed at the October
14, 2015 meeting as a Matter Arising and was inadvertently put on the
agenda of October 21, 2015 as well.

8.3 lnverhuron Sanitary and Water Servicing Project Costs

THAT the Inverhuron Sanitary and Water Servicing costs of approximately
$482,000 be funded by the Lifecycle Reserve Fund (Fund 82);
AND FURTHER THAT the above noted Inverhuron Sanitary and Water
Servicing costs be attributed back to the benefiting properties in the future if
the project proceeds, and that these charges be repaid back to the reserve
fund, once collected, to replenish the fund as outlined in Report THE 2015-
14.

THAT Council observe the terms of By -law No. 2015 - 005 and does not
extend financing to Roll # 4108 - 210- 005 - 24000 -0000, thereby treating all
ratepayers in the same circumstances fairly and equitably.

finally passed and numbered as By -law No. 2015 - 139.

11.1 Delegations
(A) Jim Berkman & Larry Kraemer, Lake Huron Learning
Mr. Berkman and Mr. Kraemer outlined history of the collaboration between
the Municipality, Lake Huron Learning and Ontario Power Generation and
provided statistics on training courses at the Centre. They recommended the
creation of an interim flexible lease agreement for the Centre, help secure
interim funding, the establishment of a working committee with the
Municipality, Ontario Power Generation and Lake Huron Learning Centre
participating in the long term planning process.
Staff to prepare report for Committee's consideration.
