HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 96 020 amend zon lt 25 con5 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 96-20 -e BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE. THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows: 1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the foll owing Paragraph (ff) to Subsection 5.11 thereof: (ff) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-40' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however that: (i) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 1.0 acres (4,095 square metres) ; . (ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 147.6 feet (45 metres). 2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A' to 'A-40' the zoning designation of Part Lot 25, Concession 5, Township of Bruce, which are shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule 'A'. 3 . This by-law takes effect from the date of and comes into force pursuant to the Planning Act, 1990. passage by Council provisions of the By-law introduced and read a First time this TWENTY-FOURTH day of SEPTEMBER, 1996. By-law read a Second time this TWENTY-FOURTH day of SEPTEMBER, 1996.
