BEING A BY-LAW TO J\MEM) BY-LAW NO. 76-13, AS AMENDED, BEING THE CCMPREHENSIVE
ZONING BY-LAW OF THE OORPORATION OF THE TCMNSHIP OF BRUCE.

THE CXXJNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to Section 34
of the Planning Act, 1990, mACTS as follows:
1. Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
the following Paragraphs (ff) and (gg) to subsection 5.11 thereof:
(ff) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated
as 'A-38' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law may be used for non-farm
residential purposes in accordance with the 'A' zone provisions
contained in this by-law, excepting however that:
(i)
the 'mininun lot area' shall be 2.18 acres (0.88
hectares) ;
(ii)
the 'mininun lot frontage' shall be 200 feet (60.96
metres) ;
(iii)
the 'mininun side yard' shall be 10 feet (3 metres) for
existing buildings; and
(iv)
the 'minimum rear yard' shall be 25 feet (7.62 metres)
for existing buildings.
(gg) Notwithstanding their 'A' zoning designation, the lands delineated
as 'A-39' on Schedule 'A' to this by-law shall be used in accordance
wi th the 'A' excepting however that:
(i)
no residential buildings shall be permitted.
2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing thereon fran 'A' to 'A-39' and 'R' the zoning
designation of Lot 4, Concession 5, in the Township of Bruce, which are
shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule
'A'.

This by-law takes effect £ran the date of passage by Council and canes
into force pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1990.
