HomeMy WebLinkAboutBRU 98 028 appt officers employ THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE BY-LAW NO. 98-28 WHEREAS Chapter M. 45, Section 207, Subsection 45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, provides that a Council of a municipality may appoint such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purpose of the Corporation. AND WHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Bruce deems it expedient to implement such a by-law. AND THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED that the following persons/companies be appointed as Officers and/or Servants of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce, for a term ending: TERM 1998 1998 Auditors B.D.O.
