THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW NO. 98-28
WHEREAS Chapter M. 45, Section 207, Subsection 45 of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, provides that a Council of a
municipality may appoint such officers and employees as may be
necessary for the purpose of the Corporation.
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Bruce
deems it expedient to implement such a by-law.
AND THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED that the following
persons/companies be appointed as Officers and/or Servants of the
Corporation of the Township of Bruce, for a term ending:

AND Bruce Township Council agree to pay the appointees of Bruce
Township to the southwest Area Library Council, Cemetery Boards,
Scott Point Water Committee, Property Standards Committee, and
Paisley Recreation Committee.
