THE CORPORATIOR OF THE TOWRSHIP OF BRUCE
BY-LAW RO. 98-36
.
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the
Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Bruce.
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce pursuant to
Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows:
1. By-law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning
By-law for the Corporation of the Township of Bruce is hereby
further amended by adding the following Paragraphs (i) and (j)
to Section 10.7 thereof.
(i) Notwithstanding their 'A-R' Zoning designation, those
lands delineated as 'A-R-13-a' on Schedule 'A' to this
by-law may be used for non-farm residential purposes in
compl iance wi th the' A' zone provisions contained in this
by-law, excepting however that:
(i)
(ii)
(iii)
(iv)
the 'mininun lot area' shall be 4 acres (1. 6 hectares);
the 'mininun lot frontage' shall be 105 feet (32 metres);
the 'minirrun side yard' shall be 18 feet (5.4 metres); and
lands zoned 'H-R' shall be used in determining the lot area.
(j) Notwithstanding their 'A-R' Zoning designation, those
lands delineated as 'A-R-13-b' on Schedule 'A' to this
by-law shall be used in accordance with the 'A-R' zone
provisions excepting however:
(i) that no residential buildings or structures shall be
permitted; and
(ii) lands zoned 'H-R' shall be used in determining the lot area.
2. Schedule 'A' to Zoning By-law No. 76-13, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'A-R' and 'H-R' to
'A-R-13-a', 'A-R-13-b' and 'H-R' the zoning designation of Lot
3, Concession 7, in the Township of Bruce, which is shown
outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached
schedul e 'A'.
3. This by-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council
and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of the
Planning Act, 1990.
