THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF TIVERTON
BY-LAW NO. 92-01
(MORENCY)
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 84-3, AS AMENDED
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE
CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF TIVERTON
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the vi llage of Tiverton,
pursuant to Sect ion 34 of the Pl ann i ng Act, 1983, ENACTS as
follows:
1. By-Law No. 84-3, as amended, being the Comprehensive
Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Village of
T i verton is hereby further amended by add i ng the fall owi ng
paragraph (f) to Subsection 14.3 thereof:
14.3 (f) Notwithstanding their 'C1' Zoning designation,
those lands delineated as 'C1-f' on Schedule
"A" to this By-Law, they may be used in
compliance with the 'C1' Zone provisions
contained in this By-Law, excepting however
that
i) the 'Minimum Rear Yard' shall 4.1j}-metres
(13 ~i¡,5 f¡;)
ii) the subject lands shall contain a minimum
of 27.17 square metres (292.5 square feet)
of commercial space;
iii) a minimum of one commercial parking space
shall be provided;
iv) for the purposes of this subsection,
accessory res i dent i a 1 uses shall not be
limited for use by the owner, caretaker or
manager of a permltted non-residential
use.
v) a minimum of 6 residential parking spaces
shall be provided adn a minimum of 2
visitor parking spaces shall be provided;
11) the minimum bachelor dwelling unit size
shall be 40 square metres (430 square
feet) ;
vii) a maximum of six bachelor dwelling units
shall be permitted within the existing
buildlng.
2. Schedu 1 e "A" to By- Law No. 84-3 is hereby amended by
changlng thereon from 'C1' to 'C1-f' the Zoning
deslgnatlon of Part of Lot 9, Registered Plan 210, in the
Vlllage of Tiverton WhlCh is shown outlined by the
heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule "A".
3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by
Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the
provisions of the Planning Act, 1983.
