THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF TIVERTON
BY-LAW NO. 1997-11
BEING A BY-LAW TO CONSOLIDATE FEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF
TIVERTON.
WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Tiverton deems it
advisable to consolidate fees for the Village of Tiverton.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Village
of Tiverton enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" is attached to this by-law.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect
upon the date of its final passage.
3.
This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee
By-law, 1997-11.
By-law introduced and read a FIRST and SECOND time this
day of September 9,1997.

One and one-half times the regular interment
charge. In addition, when a concrete or
metal liner is involved an extra charge
shall be made equivalent to the Village's
actual cost for the rental of such special
equipment as is necessary. If are-interment
takes place in the Tiverton Cemetery, the
regular interment charge shall be added.

All material must be sorted into designated areas.
Roofing and demolition material is deemed to be
sorted when clean, burnable wood and scrap metal
is separated from non-recyclable roofing and
demolition material.
No charge is levied for the disposal of clean,
burnable wood and recyclable scrap metal.
No charge is levied for compost material disposed
of in the compost area. The bags or containers
must be emptied by the person disposing of the
material.
