BY -LAW
NO. 2014 - 133
BEING A BY -LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROVAL OF A
SITE PLAN FOR THE LIONS' SPLASH PAD
(601 Durham Street)
WHEREAS the Ontario Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, P. 13, Section 41, authorizes
municipalities to enter into Site Plan Agreements;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
III deems it advisable to have a Site Plan for the Lions' Splash Pad for that property
located at Davidson Community Centre, 601 Durham Street Municipality of
Kincardine;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the Municipality of Kincardine approve the Site Plan for the Lions'
Splash Pad, being more particularly described in the attached Schedule "A ",
to ensure appropriate development of those lands described as 601 Durham
Street at the Davidson Community Centre, Municipality of Kincardine.
2. That the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized and directed to sign, on
behalf of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
the approved Site Plan which is attached to this by -law as Schedule "A ", as
well as any other documentation required and relating to the said Site Plan.
2. This By -law may be cited as the "Lions' Splash Pad Davidson Community
Centre
