By-Law No. 82-08 is hereby amended by adding the fOllowing
Subsection 12.3.3 to Section 12:
12.3.3
Notwithstanding their 'Rl' Zoning designation,
those lands identified as "Rl-84-02" on the
Schedule "A" of this By-Law and described as
Parts 1 and 2, Reference Plan 3R-24l7, shall
only be used in compliance with the 'Rl' Zone
provisions, excepting however that the minimum
lot frontage shall be 39 metres.
Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, is hereby amended by
changing thereon from "PD" to "Rl", the Zoning designation
of lands described as Parts 1 and 2, Reference Plan 3R-24l7
and located in Lot 31, Concession "A" and which are shown
outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached
Schedule "A".
This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by
Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions
of The Planning Act, s.o. 1983.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
ZONING BY-LAW NO. 84-02 OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
Zoning By-law No. 84-02 was passed under Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983.
It amends the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By-law. By-law No. 82-08.
The purpose of By-law No. 84-02 is to re-zone certain lands from 'PD-Planned
Development' to 'Rl-84-02-Detached Residential'.
The effect of By-law No. 84-02 is as follows:
The 'Rl-84-02-Detached Residential' Zoning category would
permit a detached dwelling for year-round occupancy and
uses accessory thereto on a lot fronting on a municipàlly
~wned and maintained road~ provided certain minimum and
maximum requirements are complied with.
The 'PD-Planned Development' Zoning category would limit
the use of land to certain agricultural, conservational
and recreational uses, as well as uses existing at the
time of passage of Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 82-08.
The lands affected by By-law No. 84-02 comprise of Parts 1 and 2 of Reference
Plan 3R-24l7 in Lot 31, Concession 'A' in the Township of Kincardine and are
shown in more detail on the 'Key Map' provided below.
