(a) the notice of a public meeting for the purpose of informing the public in respect of the proposed Zoning ~y-Law was given on the 14th day of November, 1984 , as prescribed by rQ! '11ilti9~ -aQII øy tAa Ii~~ltQAL\Rt t"'g~·<:"rR9r iR Ç'g'lRQil YAQ.-gr &HB8ee~iBR lJjSubsection 14 of Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983, and that; the notice for By-Law No. 84-40 of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine , passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, on the 17th day of December, 1984 , was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Subsection 17 of Section 34 of The Planning Act, and that; (b) (c) the 35 day appeal period required by Subsection 18 of Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983. expired on the 21st day of January , 19~, and to this date no notice of appeal of the By-law has been filed with the office of the Clerk-Treasurer by any person or agency. 'mE CORPORATION OF mE TŒNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 84-40 BEING A BY-LAW TO NtEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TCMNSHIP OF KINCARDINE THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the ~wnship of Kincardine pursuant to Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows : 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amende1, being the Canprehensive Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the ~wnship of Kincard ine, is hereby further amended by add ing the following SUbsection 12.3.4 to Subsection 12.3: 12.3.4 Notwithstanding their 'Rl' Zoning designation those lands identified by the zone symbol 'Rl-84-40' and describe1 as Part of ù::It 17, Concession "A", ~wnship of Kincardine, shall only be used in can pI iance with the 'Rl' ZOne provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting however, that a 'family resource centre' and uses accessory thereto may be permitted in the existing building in accordance wi th the "I" ZOne prov isions of this By-Law and in accordance with the following provisions: ( i) the required number of off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with Section 6.17(d) of this By-Law. For the purposes of this Subsection, a 'family resource centre' shall be defined as a place of transitional residence providing shared cooking, living, recreational, sleeping and sanitary facilities to wOllen and their children during a crisis in their lives that may endanger their emotional, mental, social or physical condition or legal status. A' family resource centre' as defined herein shall only be permissable if opera ted in accord ance wi th the terms and stipulations of an agreement between its operators and the Ministry of COItIIIunity and Social Services and in accordance with a hostel agreement under the General Wel fare 1\ct between its operators and the Corporation of the County of Bruce, and shall prov ide responsible supervision and counselling consistent with the particular requirements of its residents. 2. Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amende1, is hereby fl.!rther amended by changing thereon from "Rl" to "Rl-84-40" the zoning designation of that part of tot 17, Concession "A", ~wnship of Kincardine, which is referred to as Part 1 on Reference Plan 3R-l769 and is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on Schedule "A" of this By-Law. .
