A By-Law to amend By-Law 1978-50, being a By-Law to provide for the Licensing,
Regulations and Registration of Ibgs.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine deans it
necessary to arænd certain provisions of By-Law 1978-50;
NOW 'lEEREFORE the Council of the Corpoation of the Township of Kincardine
enacts as follows:
(1)
That section 9 (a) iii, be amended to read as follows:
'!be paynent of a violation notice as set out in this section is a
voluntary out-<lf-court settlanent and if paynent is not made in
acoordance with this section, a fine inp:>sed pursuant to this By-
Law is recoverable under the Provincial Offences Act.
(2)
That section 10 (a) be amended to read as follows:
Any person who contravenes any provision of this By-Law, except
Section 8 hereof, is, upon surmary oonviction, liable to a fine
not exceeding one thousand ($1,000.) dollars, exclusive of oosts,
for each offence, and every such fine shall be recoverable under
the Provincial Offences Act.
By-Law 1978-50 is hereby amended.
By-Law introduced and read a First tiræ this 18th day of February, 1985

Municipal By-laws
In reply to your letter of February 22,
1985, addressed to Mr. D. Beck, I enclose a copy
of a schedule of set fines for By-law No. 1978-50,
as amended by By-law No. 85-08, the By-law indicated
in the schedule.
The setting of the fines does not
constitute my approval of the short form of wording
used to describe the off~nces.
I have forwarded a schedule of the set
fines to the Provincial Offences Court in Walkerton,
together with a certified copy of the By-law.

PROVINCIAL OFFENCES COURT
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to the provisions of the
Provincial Offences Act and the rules for the
Provincial Offences Court, that the amount set
opposite each of the offences in the attached
schedule of offences under the Provincial Statutes
and Regulations thereunder and Municipal By-law
No. 1978-50, as amended by By-law No. 85-08, of
the Township of Kincardine, attached hereto is
the set fine, including costs, for those offences
for the Provincial Offences Court to take effect
April 24, 1985.
