Home My WebLink About01 045 amend committee apoint - e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2001 - 45 A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW WHEREAS By-law No. 2001-11 was passed on the 14th day of February, 2001 to appoint members to various advisory committees, special committees, boards and commissions; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "H" of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "H" (Murray Clark - Economic Development) 2. Schedule "U" (Page 2 of 2) of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "U" (Councillor Howard Ribey - Underwood Community Centre). 3. Schedule "X· (Page 3 of 4) of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "X" (Page 3 of 4) (Doug Bock, Doug StOITeY - Cruise Night). 4. That By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby amended by adding Schedule "Z" which constitutes a new committee for Arts Facility (Mayor Larry Kraemer, Kenneth GOldspink, Yvonne C. Smiley, Norm Annetts, Michelle Lamont, Mhairi Walsh, Jennifer Webb). 5. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 6. This by-law may be cited as the ""Committee Appointments Amendment, By-law, May 2001". READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this 9th day of May, 2001.
