Part Lot 2 — 3, Concession 1 SDR, Parts 7 & 8 3R8544 except Part 1 3R8738 Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Town of Kincardine) • WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine adopted By -law No. 2012 -043, amending By -law No. 2003 -025 the Zoning By- law for the Municipality of Kincardine; AND WHEREAS By -law No. 2012 -043 placed certain lands in a `C6 -f -h' Business Park Special Holding' category and specified the use to which lands, buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13; AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained in Municipality of Kincardine By -law No. 2012 -043 Section 22.5.6 (i has been satisfied on the subject lands; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule `A' to By -law No. 2003 -25 as amended, is hereby further • amended by changing thereon from `C6 -f -h' and `PD' to `C6' and `PD' the zoning designation of those lands described as Part Lot 2 -3, Concession 1 SDR, Parts 7 & 8 3R8544 except Part 1 3R8738, Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Town of Kincardine) which are outlined on the attached Schedule `A'. 2. This By -law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. 3. This By -law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By -law No. 2003 -25 Part Lot 2 -3, Concession 1 SDR, Parts 7 & 8 3R8544 except Part 1 3R8738 [geographic Town of Kincardine] By -law ".
