I '"'" , . . , '"' THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 9g/.3/ A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection to Section 10.1 thereof: "10.4.10 Notwithstanding their" A2" zoning designation, those lands designated as "A2-'ll1J...." on Schedule "A" to this By-law, may be used in compliance with the A2 zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however, that: i) a livestock barn existing at the date of the passing of the by-law shall be prohibited from being used for intensive agricultural purposes, and ii) the minimum lot area shall be 6 Hectares(15 Acres)." 2. By-law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection to Section 25.4 thereof: "25.4.3 Notwithstanding their "Ml" zoning designation. those lands designated as "Ml-î&R-H" on Schedule" A" to this By-law, may be used in compliance with the M 1 zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however, that: 3. i) the minimum lot area shall be 3,600 square metres (38,750 square feet). " For those lands identified as being within the "Ml-ïtÆ--H" zone, Council may consider removing the "H", in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, once an appropriate site plan demonstrating how the property will be developed is submitted and accepted by the Council. 4. Schedule" A " to By-law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby furtber amended by changing the zoning designation of Part Lot 50, Concession 1, N.D.R., Township of Kincardine, as shown outlined on the attached Schedule "A". .. .---'" . . , . " . . 5. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1990.
