HomeMy WebLinkAboutTWP 93 008 Amend #82 08 Stewart . . . ,- · THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 93-08 (WM & CAROL STEWART) A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 9.3.19 to Section 9.3 thereof. 9.3.19 (a) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 30, Concession 3, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'A1-93- 08a' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for residential purposes in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions conta i ned in th i s By-Law, except i ng however that: I. i) the minimum lot area shall be 6 acres; ii) the minimum lot frontage shall be 663 feet; iii) for the purposes of this Subsection, 'Lot Area' shall be def i ned as the total horizontal area within the lot lines of the lot. 9.3.19 (b) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 30, Concession 3, in the Township of K i ncard i ne and de 1 i n'eated as ' A 1-93- 08b' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law may be used for agricultural purposes in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting however that: · i) no residential structures shall be permitted. 2. Schedule "A" to By-.Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A1' to 'A1-93- 08a' and from 'A1' to 'A1-93-08b', the zoning designation on Lot 30, Concession 3, in the Township of Kincardine, as shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule "A". · · · · · II. f' - l... . ··Ii , . . -2- 3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983.
