A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE

1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning
By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is
hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection
9.3.24 to Section 9.3 thereof.
9.3.24 (a)
Notwithstanding their 'AI' Zoning
designation, those lands described as Part of
Lot 6, Concession 11, in the Township of
Kincardine and delineated as 'Al-93-05a' on
Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for
residential purposes in compliance with the
'AI' Zone provisions contained in this By-
Law, excepting however that:

further amended by changing thereon from 'AI' to 'Al-93-
05a'; and from 'AI' to 'EP' the zoning designation on Part

shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the
attached Schedule "A".
3.
This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by Council
and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions
of The Planning Act, 1990.
