THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 93-15

A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine
pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as
follows:
1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive
Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine is hereby further amended by adding the
following Subsections 9.3.26 to Section 9.3 thereof:
9.3.26
Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation,
those lands described as Part of Lot 27,
Concess i on 5, in the Townsh i p of K i ncard i ne,
and delineated as 'A1-93-15' on Schedule "A" to
this By-Law may be used for residential
purposes in compliance with the 'A1' Zone
provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting
however that:
i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 3 acres;
i i) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be 330
feet.
iii) for the purposes of this Subsection, 'Lot
Area' shall be defined as the total
hori zonta 1 area wi th i n the lot 1 i nes of
the lot.
2. Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'A1' to 'A1-93-
15' the Zoning designation on Part of Lot 27, Concession
5, in the Township of Kincardine as shown outlined in the
heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule "A".

This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by
Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the
provisions of the Planning Act, 1990.
