I' Ii I: Ii , I THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE II II II Ii Ii Ii II II " Ii 11 II , BY-LAW NO. 95-19 A BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY-LAW NO. 95-15 AND AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows. :i !, , 1. By-law No. 95-15, being a site specific amendment to By-Law No. 82-08, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby repealed. II " I: 2. By-Law 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection 9.3.31 to section 9.3 thereof: I' iI ii I: " i! Ii 'I II 9.3.31 Notwithstanding their "AI" zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 10, Concession 5, Township of Kincardine and delineated as "Al-95-l9a" on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for non-farm residential purposes in compliance with the "A1" zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting however that: :i ;¡ 'i Ii " II Ii II II I' II II :' i) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 0.56 hectares (1.4 acres); and, i I ! 11 II 'I II II I. II II II I, I I I, II iI Ii II ii) the 'minimum lot frontage' shall be 57 metres (187 feet). Notwithstanding their "AI" zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 10, concession 5, Township of Kincardine and delineated as "AI-95-19b" on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for agricultural purposes in compliance with the "A1" zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting however that: i) the 'minimum lot area' shall be 39.9 hectares (98.6 acres). 3. Schedule 'A' to By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'AI' to 'Al-95- 19a' and 'Al-95-19b' the zoning designation of those lands described as Lot 10, Concession 5, Township of Kincardine, which are outlined in the heaviest black broken line of the attached Schedule 'A'. .. ./2 'Ii H 'I I, Ii !I II tP '.
